1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StreamVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Use License
StreamVault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or mirror content
- Circumvent any access control or DRM mechanisms
- Share your account credentials with others
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create more than one account per person
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Content
All video content, graphics, text, and other materials available on the Platform ("Content") are owned by StreamVault or its content licensors. Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you the right to stream Content for personal viewing only. It does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
StreamVault offers tiered subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. Payments are processed via Bitcoin and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. StreamVault makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
